Who We Are

Rubico Consultants (PTY) Ltd, is a 100%  woman owned entity, founded by Nina Solomon Meyer and based in Johannesburg South Africa. Nina a former employee of Tulip Comms. Nina assisted Tulip with its ICASA application process. Nina ensured that all application was in line with ICASA requirements. Nina assisted Tulip to obtained a number of Type approval certificates, ECS, ECNS and radio frequency spectrum approval with the minimum turnaround time. Because Nina submitted so many applications, she enjoyed very good professional relationships with individuals within ICASA. Nina also keep Tulip up to date with the latest regulatory news and compliance matters.

Nina’ s dedication and experience has shown that she is committed, trusted and she empowers herself and other woman.
